The Intec FB9000 PRO is a high-performance, fully automated digital die-cutting and creasing system designed for professional print finishing environments. Equipped with a dual-tool head capable of applying up to 1.2kg of cutting force and 1.5kg of creasing force, it efficiently processes media up to 1,000 microns thick. These old school printing presses have been adapted to Die Cut and Crease shapes from sheets of paper and board using cutting dies. A cutting die is made from plywood with the cutting template laser cut into it.

Metal cutting rules are then bent to the same shape as the template and inserted into the plywood to create the cutting tool/die. This die is fitted to our machine and effectively cuts out the desired shape. For use on corporate folders, creasing covers and many other packaging products.
